Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales of Alfa Laval aftermarket products and services.
- Engage with customers to understand needs and demonstrate service value.
- Collaborate with capital sales teams to grow the Food & Pharma business.
- Develop value-based quotes reflecting customer requirements.
- Utilize CRM and digital sales tools for lead management.
- Execute activities in line with the local business plan for profitable growth.
- Occasional travel for customer visits (approx. 10-20 days/year).
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in after-sales or service.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales practices.
- Fluent in Danish and English, spoken and written.
- Residing in or having an established presence in Søborg or Kolding.

- Customer-focused mindset, seeking to deliver value and improve service offerings.
- Comfortable working with customers both face-to-face and digitally.
- Ability to navigate interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial mindset to understand customer pain points and translate insights into solutions.
