Halfspace, part of Accenture, seeks an AI Decision Science New Associate in Copenhagen to join their AI & Advanced Analytics team. This full-time role focuses on designing, building, and deploying AI systems, including generative AI models and advanced analytical frameworks, to solve complex business problems and drive impactful decisions.

Responsibilities

Designing, building, and deploying AI systems.
Contributing to the development of intelligent agents, generative AI models, and advanced analytical frameworks.
Applying deep technical expertise and creative thinking to solve complex problems.
Prototyping novel AI applications.
Operationalizing models at scale.
Bridging research and engineering to turn ideas into solutions.
Helping organizations make better decisions, faster.

Requirements

Curious and technically exceptional individuals at the intersection of AI, mathematics, and software.
Strong foundation in statistical modeling and machine learning.
Creativity and rigor to turn theory into working systems.
Fluent in Python.
Comfortable working with modern AI stacks (fine-tuning LLMs, architecting agentic systems, building analytical pipelines).
For Generative AI unit: Strong proficiency in Python and core AI libraries.
For Generative AI unit: Experience working with integrating Generative AI and developing AI Agents or other applications.
For Advanced Analytics unit: Strong proficiency in Python and core ML libraries.
For Advanced Analytics unit: Solid understanding of statistical modeling, optimization, and experimental design.
For Advanced Analytics unit: Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment practices.
Intellectual curiosity, precision, and a pioneering mindset.
