Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment
- Coordinating employee lifecycle activities
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring data integrity within the HRIS
- Preparing and analysing HR metrics and reports
- Supporting learning and development programs, training compliance and leadership initiatives
- Assisting with employee and industrial relations matters, including policy interpretation and case administration
- Coordinating employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs and internal communications
- Partnering with leaders to support workforce planning, performance and people-related activities
- Supporting HR projects, governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
- 3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR role within a blue-collar, manufacturing, construction, logistics or service environment
- Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards and HR best practice
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and preparing HR reports and workforce analytics
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to take ownership of outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
