Microsoft AI is seeking an agile HR Generalist in London to support hiring, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness within the MAI HR recruiting team. This role focuses on partnering with leaders and HR Business Partners to scale teams and foster a positive employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, AI-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Recruiting and HR Business Partners to support hiring, onboarding, internal mobility, and workforce growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to adapt company programs and policies for the MAI organization.
  • Act as an employee advocate to improve experiences across the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and integration of new employees.
  • Provide guidance to leaders navigating growth and organizational complexity.
  • Lead people initiatives supporting scaling, workforce growth, and organizational changes.
  • Use data and workforce trends to inform business and people-related decisions.
  • Adapt priorities and approaches in response to changing business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR or related experience (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) involving applicable employment laws and policies.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting agile, high-growth organizations that utilize cross-functional teams, squad-based operating models, or rapid planning cycles.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
  • Ability to work from the London office three days per week.

  • Typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 70,300.00 - £ 133,900.00 per year.
