Amazon is seeking an exceptionally talented Tech Sourcing Recruiter to find top talent in the US market for its North American Operations. This 6-month contractual remote role requires expertise in passive candidate generation, market research, and utilizing sourcing tools like Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter. The position is based in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, or Gurgaon, with specific working hours (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST).

Responsibilities

Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web, and other channels for remote sites.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate motivation and fit, aiming for high offer-to-interview ratios.
Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess the right fit.
Filter candidates during the recruiter phone screen.
Conduct on-phone and virtual candidate screening processes to assess qualifications and skill alignment.
Create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills.

Requirements

2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
Ability to curate market intelligence for saturated markets.
Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web, and other sourcing channels for remote sites.
Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.

Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing, and screening candidates in specialized technical fields.
Ability to articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate.
Ability to build strategies and brainstorm to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions for stakeholders.
