Amazon seeks an exceptionally talented Sourcer Recruiter to support growth by finding top talent in the US market for their North American Operations recruiting team. This 6-month contractual remote role focuses on proactive candidate generation, market research, and relationship management using advanced sourcing tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

Recruit passive candidates by profiling them and gauging chemistry for fit and motivation.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and motivation.
Recommend recruitment strategies to support long-range company growth.
Implement and refine recruiting processes to deliver high-quality results.
Develop written plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web, and other channels.
Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess fit.
Filter candidates during recruiter phone screens.
Conduct on-phone and virtual candidate screening to assess qualifications and skill alignment.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, X-ray search/Open web, and GitHub.

Requirements

Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web, and other sourcing channels.
Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit.
Ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.
Ability to curate market intel for saturated markets.
1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
Create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills across LinkedIn, X-ray search/Open web, GitHub, trade forums and specialized job boards.
Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing and screening candidates in specialized technical fields.
Articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate.
Build strategies and brainstorm to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions for stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

Market Intelligence: Understand the talent market to source the right talent from targeted organizations.
Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
