Responsibilities

Perform Goods Flow operation tasks in assigned areas using IKEA systems and equipment.
Ensure efficient goods flow process and data integrity for maximum stock accuracy.
Contribute to optimized daily goods flow operations in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious manner.
Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines and support incident prevention.

Requirements

Interest in home furnishing, customer needs, and the IKEA product range.
At least 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in retail.
Effective time management, prioritization, and task organization skills.
Commitment to delivering according to expectations.
Good attention to detail for accuracy.
Quick learner and proactive in asking questions.
Flexibility and adaptability to daily tasks and changing ways of working.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications

Forklift Certification is a plus.
Relevant skills and expertise in forklift operation are a plus.
