Responsibilities
- Validation and Verification of hardware IP across voltage and temperature constraints
- Streamlining test infrastructure for subblocks such as ADCs, PLL, 100G/200G Receivers and Transmitters
- Tuning firmware in C/C++/Python environments
- Designing tests for next generation PCIe Gen7 and 200G/400G Ethernet hardware
- Writing documentation that will be used by design teams across the company
Requirements
- In study towards a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Science, Computer Science, or related field
- Expected graduation date of November 2028 or later.
- 1+ years of academic experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Python, etc
- Experience with Electrical/Electronic engineering
- Experience with test equipment (Oscilloscope, Power Supplies, Function Generators)
- General understanding or experience with handling sensitive electronics (ESD guidelines, safety protocols with high voltage testing, grounding, etc)
- Programming and Compiling in C and C++
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl, TCL, Shell)
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- For 16-month internships: must be available May/June 2027 - August/September 2028
