Tetra Pak is looking for highly motivated recent graduates to join their 18-month Future Talent Program in Services Sales Specialist role, starting September 2026 in Hochheim, Germany. This permanent position offers a development program with training and job rotations to explore potential and grow within the global organization.
Responsibilities
- Learn to manage customer relationships from a services perspective.
- Understand customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis.
- Learn about account management and create/implement/follow quality and account plans.
- Identify sales opportunities, create solution and value proposals, negotiate and close deals, and drive growth of profitable service contracts.
- Understand internal interfaces of a global company.
- Learn to support resolution of technical issues and issue management, especially with customer communication.
- Be an integrated member of the services sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent (Graduated 2025-2026).
- Fluent in English and German, written and spoken.
- Good communication skills, written and spoken.
- Dynamic person able to build successful relations with stakeholders from different cultures.
- Analytical skills but also business oriented.
