Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop co-workers in receiving, replenishing, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
- Monitor departmental KPIs, focusing on quality and cost-efficiency in warehouse operations.
- Implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and exceed customer expectations.
- Contribute to setting warehouse operations goals and analyzing workload to meet volume handling needs.
- Plan personnel, shifts, and equipment based on volume forecasts to ensure operational capacities.
Requirements
- Experience in leading and coaching teams within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, replenishment, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Ability to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive operational improvements.
- Experience in planning personnel, shifts, and equipment based on volume forecasts.
Desired Qualifications
- Contribute to people, shift and equipment planning based on volume forecast with Mid-term Plan (MTP) and Short-Term Plan (STP).
- Contribute to increase efficiency and strive for excellence of running C/DC operations to reduce cost, improve productivity and work spirit, keeping total supply chain in mind.

Benefits
- Salary range between $63,215 and $90,714.
- Eligible for benefits.
- Work Tuesday to Saturday, 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM shift.
