Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the FD VCP Evergreen program vendor portfolio.
  • Implement preventive measures and action plans to drive vendor performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial data analysis to identify deduction patterns and root causes.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead Kaizen sessions and manage cross-functional communications.
  • Independently execute and optimize financial deductions processes.
  • Identify and implement tactical solutions for operational challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop SOPs.
  • Provide mentorship and training to new team members.
  • Design and implement small-scale automation initiatives.
  • Conduct systematic analysis to identify upstream issues and develop process improvements.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.
  • Experience in stakeholder and communication management.
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks.
  • Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment.
  • 2+ year's experience in financial operations, vendor account management, buying/sourcing/sales, or supply chain.
  • Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills.
