Responsibilities
- Manage fortnightly sales forecast, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget process.
- Prepare internal management reports and group submissions.
- Manage reconciliations, journals, accruals, and balance sheet maintenance.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll including superannuation, leave, and entitlements.
- Prepare for internal and external audits and strengthen internal controls.
- Partner with local, regional, and group stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and maintain SOP documentation.
- Support company secretarial obligations and governance compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Sound knowledge of IFRS, AASB, ATO obligations and Australian corporate tax.
- Hands-on experience with BAS, IAS, FBT, payroll tax and WorkCover compliance.
- Strong payroll knowledge, including superannuation and employee entitlements.
- Experience with audits, internal controls and corporate governance frameworks.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
Desired Qualifications
- CPA qualification desirable.
