Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site and remote service support for Alfa Laval products and systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Execute commissioning, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and proactive customer support.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify business opportunities.
- Perform installation, testing, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
- Conduct condition monitoring and energy audits.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Execute Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT).
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records.
- Update IT systems with service execution details.
- Develop SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
- Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Recommend spare parts and communicate sales opportunities.
- Identify service opportunities and share leads with the sales team.
- Capture installed base data and support new applications.
- Maintain static and rotating equipment (like GPHE, Decanter, Separator, WHE).
- Provide remote support and minor repairs as needed.
Requirements
- Min. qualification: engineers graduate or diploma.
- Willing to travel extensively (75–80%).
- Valid four-wheeler driving license.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- 5-7 years in service/manufacturing/EPC/engineering sectors.
- Excellent communication, customer focus, and teamwork.
- Commitment to safe work practices.
