Responsibilities

Develop and execute union negotiation strategies, negotiations, and other labor-related initiatives.
Engage with employee representatives, unions, and key stakeholders.
Manage labor related agenda and coordinate actions with internal and external legal counsel.
Provide consultation and direction to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
Ensure legal compliance and the consistent application of policies and practices.
Design, review, and implement HR policies, programs, and practices.
Lead employee engagement and CSR activities.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Korean labor laws and labor practices.
Experience in industrial relations, employee relations, or labor relations.
More than 5 to 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a multinational company or large organization.
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, law, or a related field.
