We are looking for a Director, Business Analytics & Insights to lead our Planning Analytics and Rapid Analytics teams. This role involves owning critical analytical capabilities, developing a rapid analytics function for timely insights, and partnering with engineering for scalable data foundations and modern analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine people leadership, analytical rigor, business acumen, and technical understanding.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Planning Analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead analytics for Fast Start, segmentation, quota setting, territory and coverage planning, resource allocation, investment optimization, and capacity planning.
- Build and lead a Rapid Analytics capability delivering timely insights on emerging opportunities, risks, and executive priorities.
- Apply advanced analytics, experimentation, scenario modeling, and hypothesis-driven analysis.
- Lead and develop an organization of analytics specialists, business analysts, data professionals, and people managers.
- Foster an inclusive culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Partner with Engineering to influence data architecture, semantic models, and analytics capabilities.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, cloud-based data platforms, AI-enabled workflows.
- Establish trusted metrics, business definitions, governance, and data foundations.
- Build trusted partnerships across various business units and functions.
- Influence strategic decisions through data-driven recommendations and executive storytelling.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 8+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years people management experience.

- Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 12+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance,Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 15+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.
Benefits
- USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year base pay range (US).
- USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year base pay range (SF Bay Area and NYC metro area).
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
