Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage outreach activities with consistent tracking and follow-up.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and in a customer-focused manner.
Revisit inactive accounts to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and align them with Emerson’s portfolio.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and support proposal updates.
Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, opportunities, and quotations.
Follow up on leads and opportunities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Participate in structured training programs and apply learnings to customer engagement.

Requirements

A strong interest in sales, business, engineering, or a related field.
Willingness to learn and grow in a commercial environment.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to engage confidently using digital tools and platforms.

Desired Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with digital tools such as CRM systems or Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
