Responsibilities

Work with external developers to understand their interaction with the Amazon Appstore.
Analyze system or process details to address customer problems.
Provide feedback to business and development teams to shape tools, processes, and systems.
Identify and analyze inbound contact trends across developers, providing reports to leadership.
Propose and drive solutions to improve the developer experience and support.
Collaborate with teammates to become a subject matter expert in developer-related topics.
Contribute to defining scalable goals for program, service, and feature launches.
Summarize technical customer issues into notes understandable by non-technical stakeholders.
Handle incoming queries and dig into details to analyze and resolve issues.
Interact with external developers and internal teams via multiple communication channels.

Requirements

2+ years of sales or account management experience
Experience with Excel
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Bachelor's degree, or Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication

Desired Qualifications

Experience in technical support, or experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
