As a Data Modernization Presales Solution Architect at Accenture, you will lead the design and transformation roadmap for strategic Data & AI opportunities. You will translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions, focusing on modern data architectures, cloud platforms, analytics, and AI/Gen AI. This role requires extensive IT industry experience and strong skills in data engineering, BI, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design and transformation roadmap for strategic Data & AI opportunities.
Translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions that drive business outcomes.
Design modern data architectures, cloud-based data platforms, analytics, AI, and Gen AI solutions.
Ensure alignment across stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and client requirements to develop compelling Data & AI solution strategies.
Define and align technology components including Informatica, Power BI, PySpark, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Glue, Google BigQuery, and related technologies.
Develop methodology-based effort estimations and collaborate with AI & Data SMEs.
Design optimal delivery and staffing models leveraging onshore, offshore, and nearshore capabilities.
Build comprehensive solution plans to support sales pursuits and delivery alignment.
Conduct solution reviews and governance discussions with leadership teams.
Serve as the strategic liaison between sales and delivery organizations.
Contribute to proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and contracting documentation.
Present, defend, and articulate proposed solutions to clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.
Lead knowledge transfer and transition activities to delivery teams.
Stay current with emerging Data & AI technologies, cloud platforms, and industry trends.
Support client workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
Travel as needed to support client engagements and business development activities.

Requirements

Minimum 12 years of relevant IT industry experience in Data & AI delivery, solution architecture, or presales.
Strong experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and large-scale system integration/application development projects.
Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience designing enterprise-scale data modernization and analytics solutions.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to structure and drive complex solutioning activities.
Experience leading delivery teams and collaborating with cross-functional global teams.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, filtering, and data analysis techniques.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, AWS Glue, BigQuery, or similar modern data platforms.
Strong PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills.
External client-facing consulting or presales experience.
Experience supporting large-scale transformation, cloud migration, or data modernization programs.
Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
