Responsibilities

Maintenance and upkeep of data center infrastructure
Server rack installation
Hardware break-fix on various components
Troubleshooting network issues
Responding to emergent situations affecting operational stability
First line touch point for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues
Perform on-call duties and participate in 24x7 shift rotation
Handle scheduled maintenance and change management activities
Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and goal achievement
Contribute to documentation on technical issues through root cause analysis
Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements

2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
1+ years of computer networking experience
High school or equivalent diploma

Desired Qualifications

Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
1+ years of data center engineering experience
Experience with network equipment installation and configuration
