Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute E2E outbound communications calendar for D2C and e-commerce channels.
  • Understand the holistic consumer journey, including needs and pain points while collaborating with commercial teams and local markets.
  • Plan and execute targeted D2C campaigns, working with CRM tools and segmentation.
  • Analyse campaign performance and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for channel optimisation and growth.
  • Support roadmap planning and translate business needs into requirements and user stories for product and engineering teams.
  • Drive innovation in consumer engagement practices by staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related field, or relevant Business experience.
  • 5+ years experience in digital touchpoints focused on consumer communication and ecommerce.
  • Experienced E2E campaign manager, working with email and ideally SMS and other OB channels.
  • Strong background in consumer journey orchestration, segmentation, personalisation and lifecycle management.
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering and data teams in agile environments, including knowledge of product development technologies.
  • Commercial mindset and a flexible approach to driving continuous optimisation.
