Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end material planning and order management, including generating purchase orders, scheduling material supply, and ensuring component availability for production.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, Bill of Materials (BOM) integrity, and MRP/ERP systems.
- Oversee goods receipt and supplier coordination, including timely delivery verification, GRN preparation, and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, purchasing, and SCM teams to align supplier orders with customer demand and project requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships, inbound logistics, and import procurement processes, including issue resolution and coordination with freight forwarders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems for order and demand management.
- Demonstrated experience in customer demand alignment and tracking production volumes.
- Ensure process compliance in procurement and logistics activities.
- Maintain effective supplier coordination, including routine visits to critical suppliers.
Desired Qualifications
- Aligning supplier orders with ERP/SOP or project requirements in terms of quantity, quality, delivery, sustainability, and cost.
- Maintaining updates in supplier relationship management platforms such as Pro-Supply.
- Managing inventory control and logistics coordination, including handling schedule changes, dead stock liquidation, and transportation planning.
