This internship focuses on business operations and process improvement within the IP Group Program Management team. The intern will assist with data management, documentation, reporting, identifying automation opportunities using Power Automate and AI, and collaborating with global teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize data in business systems to ensure smooth operations.
Create guides, templates, and organize SharePoint sites for easy knowledge access.
Analyze data, build reports, identify trends, and communicate insights.
Identify tasks for automation using tools like Power Automate and AI.
Collaborate with global program managers, support training, and help teams adopt new work methods.

Requirements

Currently studying toward a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or similar.
Comfortable with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Naturally curious and proactive attitude.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other automation tools.
Interest in AI and its productivity applications.
Exposure to project management concepts.
