Electrolux Group is looking for a Business Controller for the Nordic Region to support commercial channels by driving financial performance and decision-making. The role requires a university degree in Finance or a related field, minimum 5 years of experience in business controlling or financial analysis, and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Support CA North financial planning and reporting processes, including budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and monthly performance reviews.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Collaborate with Product Line & commercial teams to connect financial performance with business insight.
Evaluate business cases, pricing improvements, and investment decisions as a business partner to sales teams.
Support monthly forecasting processes and improve forecast accuracy by signaling risks and opportunities.
Assist with price negotiations and collaborate with Pricing teams.
Set sales bonus targets and conduct follow-ups.

Requirements

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business controlling or financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial models.
Fluent in English.
Proactive, structured, and business-oriented mindset.
Highly self-driven professional with the ability to work independently, take ownership of priorities, and proactively drive initiatives with limited supervision.

Desired Qualifications

Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a strong advantage.
