2-5 years of experience within Banking & development projects
Strong business acumen & technical knowledge on banking systems and processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High drive, entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
Resident in Sweden
