Arla Foods is seeking an Availability Planner in Leeds, UK, to manage the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) for co-packing processes. Responsibilities include optimizing supply chain performance, managing inventory, and ensuring high delivery service levels to customers. A relevant bachelor's or master's degree and supply chain planning experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

Focus on the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) horizon.
Ensure high delivery service levels to customers for all co-packed products.
Utilize production capacity of co-packers and optimize inventory levels.
Proactively reduce waste.
Deliver the operational plan for co-packing in cooperation with various internal and external teams.
Optimize supply chain performance through root cause analysis and data-driven decisions.
Monitor relevant KPIs and implement corrective actions.
Conduct scenario planning to mitigate availability risks and assess impact of demand fluctuations.
Escalate unresolved short-term imbalances to executive forums and key stakeholders.
Lead proactive dialogue between Supply Chain, Co-packers and Commercial teams.
Identify and contribute to optimization initiatives from an end-to-end perspective.

Requirements

Relevant bachelor's or master's degree.
Background in supply chain planning, preferably within FMCG, Co-packing or manufacturing.
Experience operating in S&OE and short-term planning horizons.
Clear and confident communication skills, both with data and people.
Enjoy driving improvements and challenging existing processes.
Curious, proactive and open to learning in a dynamic environment.
