Accenture seeks a Senior Manager for its Commodity Markets & Trading (ACM&T) practice in the UAE. This full-time, hybrid role involves leading client engagements, owning delivery, and developing senior client relationships across commodity and capital markets. Responsibilities include strategic advisory, risk management, and business development to grow the practice in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

Lead project and client teams to solve complex business issues in trading and risk management, investment analytics, and financial structuring.
Own end-to-end delivery of engagements and large-scale programs, managing quality, commercial performance, and risk.
Lead senior client interviews, workshops, and executive conversations, presenting recommendations at C-suite level.
Develop and sustain senior executive and C-suite client relationships as a trusted advisor.
Lead, coach, and develop project teams, mentoring managers, consultants, and analysts.
Originate and lead business development by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and contributing to sales.
Develop the ACM&T and wider CEO Advisory practice, offerings, assets, and thought leadership.

Requirements

An undergraduate degree from a leading academic institution; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or a relevant industry role.
Knowledge of global market operations, commodity trends, and/or global equity markets.
Demonstrable exposure to commodity/energy markets (energy, utilities, agriculture, metals, mining) or capital markets (public equities, fixed income, alternatives).
Strong track record in engagement and program management, senior client-facing roles, and team leadership.
Familiarity with recognized strategy frameworks and techniques, with experience in research and data analysis.
Strong quantitative skills, with Excel/VBA as a minimum; experience with other modelling packages is an advantage.
Experience in business case development, financial analysis, and financial statement interpretation.
Proven experience leading teams and owning the delivery of complex strategy and consulting engagements.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
