This role involves auditing videos of stowing actions in Amazon fulfillment centers to maintain inventory accuracy and stow quality. The Associate will perform precise and thorough video/image audits with high accuracy and speed, requiring strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a non-tech, operational capacity. This is a 6-month contract position with rotational shifts and a 5-day work week.

Responsibilities

Watch and audit several hundred videos per shift to indicate activity captured.
Verify or mark the location of products through a tool with high accuracy.
Perform precise and thorough video/image audits with speed and accuracy.
Aid in defect reduction and maintain fulfillment center stow quality.
Adhere to pre-defined break slots and work approximately 6.8 to 7 hours per day on video responses.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
Ability to audit image/video/text based jobs.
Ability to identify details from blurry or less sharp videos with high attention and focus.
Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity.
Demonstrate fast pace of implementation & consistent performance.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Ability to work with remote teams and be an exceptionally good team player.
Willing to switch ON laptop camera while on virtual meetings.
Maintain a dedicated workspace with sufficient lighting, table, and chair (for work-from-home associates).
Ensure work-related data is not accessed by anyone other than the employee (for work-from-home associates).

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
Speak, write, and read fluently in Hindi.
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Night shift allowance will be provided as per applicable Amazon’s work policy (for night shifts).
Rotational two-consecutive day off (5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off).
