Responsibilities

Watch several hundred videos in a shift to audit stowing actions.
Indicate activity captured in videos using human judgment and tools.
Verify or mark product locations with high accuracy and speed.
Maintain high levels of accuracy, speed, and acceptable practices.
Work approximately 6.8 to 7 hours per day answering videos.
Participate in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Maintain a dedicated workspace for remote work, ensuring data privacy.
Switch on laptop camera during virtual meetings when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
Ability to audit image/video/text based jobs.
Ability to identify details from blurry or less sharp videos.
High level of attention and focus on screen.
Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity.
Fast pace of implementation and consistent performance.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and with remote teams.
Be an exceptionally good team player.
Readiness to come to the office for a few days when required (for remote associates).
Willing to switch ON laptop camera while on virtual meetings.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
Speak, write, and read fluently in Hindi.
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
