Amazon is seeking an Associate for ML Data Operations within its GO-AI Operations team in Hyderabad. This role involves auditing video and image data from fulfillment centers to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain stow quality. The contract position requires strong attention to detail, productivity, and flexibility with shift timings, including rotational and night shifts.

Responsibilities

Watch and thoroughly understand videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers.
Use human judgment, tools, and resources to indicate activities captured in videos.
Verify or mark product locations with high accuracy and speed.
Aid in defect reduction and maintaining fulfillment center stow quality.
Perform precise and thorough video/image audits.
Answer hundreds of videos per shift, meeting accuracy (quality) and speed (productivity) goals.
Adhere to pre-defined break slots, spending 6.8 to 7 hours daily on video auditing.
Maintain a dedicated workspace with sufficient lighting if working from home.
Ensure workspace/data is accessed only by the employee if working from home.
Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts and 9-hour shifts including breaks.
Be willing to switch on the laptop camera during virtual meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
Ability to audit image/video/text based jobs.
Ability to identify details from blurry, less sharp videos and provide correct responses.
Requires high level of attention and focus on screen.
Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity.
Fast pace of implementation and consistent performance.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Ability to work with remote teams and be an exceptionally good team player.
Readiness to come to the office for a few days when required (applicable for associates working from home).
Willingness to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
Speak, write, and read fluently in Hindi.
