Responsibilities

  • Maintain document registers, compliance trackers, and filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support for AEO certification, customs compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration, document control, compliance, logistics, customs, or related functions.
  • Strong document management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Desired Qualifications

  • Understanding of AEO certification requirements and customs regulations.
  • Experience supporting audits, ISO systems, or compliance programs.
  • Experience using ERP systems or document management systems.
  • Background in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, manufacturing, or import-export operations.
  • Knowledge of compliance reporting and regulatory documentation.
