Advocacy Operations (AO) Associate supports Amazon Flex by resolving delivery partner issues. This role involves following SOPs, managing work plans, and meeting business metrics in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Follow SOPs or manager's instructions and ensure tasks are quality compliant.
  • Contribute to project improvement ideas.
  • Provide timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks according to SOP and SLA.
  • Proactively raise issues/alarms to manager or stakeholders.
  • Meet business metrics and goals, including SLA, productivity targets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
  • Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
