- Review, validate, and process change requests submitted by technical teams.
- Ensure change records contain complete implementation, validation, rollback, and risk assessment details.
- Classify changes as Standard, Normal, or Emergency based on established guidelines.
- Perform initial impact and risk analysis for submitted changes.
- Ensure adherence to Change Management policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Understanding of ITIL Change Management processes.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, and networking concepts.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as: ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, Ivanti.
- Familiarity with Incident, Problem, and Release Management processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 global support environment if required.
- Attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
