Conduct thorough root cause analyses of escalated incidents and implement solutions to mitigate technical and security issues.
Update and manage the knowledge base, deliver training sessions for new team members, and coach analysts.
Collaborate with other support teams to address complex tickets, ensuring seamless operations and timely incident resolution.
Achieve first call resolution, minimize rejected resolutions and reopened cases, and proactively address security threats.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft VDI solutions and RDSH.
Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Touch Services.
Familiarity with video and telepresence technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (Optional but valuable).
ITIL Foundation Certification (Optional but valuable).
