Emerson is looking for a hybrid Account Leader in Round Rock, TX, to lead and empower assigned account and pursuit teams, driving new opportunities within the Process Systems & Solutions business group. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 2 years of experience, and familiarity with the Process Automation industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and empower assigned account and pursuit teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
Lead and drive new opportunities and development in identified growth areas.
Support Quarterly Business Reviews and key internal and customer-facing meetings.
Engage and collaborate with internal and external executives, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
Coordinate and facilitate activities that support successful channel partner engagement and performance.
Manage and maintain pursuit activities aligned with the financial calendar.
Forecast account bookings, pursuits, and key project activities with accuracy and transparency.
Support critical business processes, including Delegation of Authority and Opportunity Reviews.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and enable efficient internal and external communication.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelors or a Masters
Experience developing customer relationships and contributing to business growth
Familiarity and experience with the Process Automation industry
Travel up to 25%
Legal authorization to work in the United States - visa sponsorship will not be provided

Desired Qualifications

Engineering Degree
Experience in sales leadership, and/or account management
Demonstrated success in developing new customer relationships, expanding opportunities, leading complex sales pursuits, and/or displacing competitive platforms
Experience working with cross‑functional, customer‑facing teams
