Responsibilities

Collaborate with experienced Accenture colleagues on real client projects.
Solve complex business challenges and gain hands-on consulting experience.
Develop analytical, problem-solving, consulting, and technical skills.
Build practical AI capabilities and learn how AI is used across strategy, transformation, data, and project work.
Contribute to client projects for large Swedish organizations.
Help clients determine where to compete and grow, increase revenue, reduce costs, and respond to market conditions (Industry & Process Strategy track).
Assist in implementing strategy, improving performance, transforming operations, and managing organizational change (Industry & Process Consulting track).
Leverage data, analytics, AI, and machine learning to generate insights, improve performance, and unlock business value (AI & Data track).
Shape AI strategy, develop AI solutions, and help clients adopt AI.
Participate in workshops and interviews to identify challenges and unlock business value.
Work with AI and emerging technologies to reshape strategy or business models.

Requirements

Started master's degree with one year remaining after internship completion.
Strong academic results.
Analytical problem-solvers with strong business acumen.
Driven, solution-oriented, and interested in Strategy, Consulting, or AI & Data careers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
Enjoy collaborating with others and solving complex challenges.
Curious about how organizations can use AI to remain competitive.
Eager to develop AI skills and explore AI's impact on business.
Ability to be located in Stockholm throughout the internship.

Desired Qualifications

Interested in AI and Data Science, Consulting, or Strategy.
Experience with AI, Generative AI, agentic systems, machine learning, analytics, or data visualization is a plus (for AI & Data track).
Understanding of business strategy, growth, cost optimization, or transformation (for Industry & Process Strategy track).
Experience in operations, process improvement, organizational change, or large-scale transformations (for Industry & Process Consulting track).
