Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Zone Leader in Shanghai, China. The role involves managing safety, operations, and team performance within a designated zone, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and process improvements. Requires a technical diploma or equivalent experience, minimum 5 years in electro/mechanical systems, and strong leadership skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Completes lead safe and act safe observations, manages risk assessments and internal safety regulations.
  • Manages regular zone safety drills and introduces weekly safety topics.
  • Checks available equipment daily and manages absenteeism and overtimes.
  • Ensures PPE is properly defined and updates ITP documentation.
  • Leads regular audits and carries out actions based on RCE audits.
  • Ensures ISO 9001 compliance and manages calibration on tools.
  • Takes active part in setting 6S principles, supports process improvement activities, and manages KAIZENs.
  • Ensures SIMS report is published daily and prepares daily plans.
  • Oversees repair order progress to meet deadlines, OTD, and TAT indicators.
  • Plans manpower needs based on order forecast and leads daily SIM 2 meetings.
  • Participates on daily SIM 3 meetings and creates flexibility within the team for long-term absence.
  • Manages overtimes and annual leaves, provides mentoring and coaching to direct reports.
  • Leads and evaluates performance of direct reports and enters/oversees information in SAP.
  • Obeys and implements VTPS rules/standards.

Krav

  • Diploma/Certificate in Technical Education or equivalent knowledge through experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in servicing electro/mechanical systems.
  • Experience in semiconductor industry is a huge advantage.
  • Understanding of engineering drawings and circuit diagrams.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment used in pumping or vacuum applications.
  • Able to lead, motivate and supervise zone members to achieve targets.
  • Possesses good organisational, leadership skills and communication skills.
  • Understands basic elements of VTPS and able to lead SIM2 meeting.
  • Proactive to solve problems using VTPS problem solving tools with team.
  • Produces on time and to standard.
  • Good knowledge of English is a must.
