We are seeking a passionate Logistics and Distribution Operator with a strong sense of safety and compliance to join our team in Qingdao. Responsibilities include operating forklift machinery, managing inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient goods flow to support IKEA's retail operations.

Ansvarsområden

Safely and efficiently drive a forklift to perform daily receiving, put-away, and replenishment tasks, ensuring sufficient product availability for customers.
Execute inventory counting processes to maximize accuracy and ensure stock availability.
Strictly adhere to store health, safety, and security regulations to prevent accidents and internal damage.
Efficiently execute goods flow workflows and share best practices for continuous optimization of daily operations.

Krav

Passion for logistics work with a good sense of safety and compliance.
Ability to operate logistics machinery and equipment (holding a forklift certificate provides a technical subsidy).
Adaptability to a fast-paced, flexible work environment with strong teamwork awareness.
Willingness to work early, late, or early morning shifts (early/late shift allowances are provided).
