Ansvarsområden
- Assemble vacuum pumps and peripherals.
- Test and calibrate units to meet specifications.
- Interpret, document, and communicate test results.
- Perform final assembly of components onto pump systems.
- Maintain rigid quality assurance standards.
- Perform in-process and specific visual and measurement inspection checks.
- Record, report, and compile inspection result data.
- Perform quality audits as directed.
- Recommend changes to inspection methods.
Krav
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Ability to measure and handle a variety of complex parts
- Good oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to perform activities without constant supervision
- Skilled using measuring equipment: micrometer; caliper; Dial indicators etc
- Math skills for data analysis.
- Computer skills for data collection, record keeping and reports
- Good Interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills desired
