I korthet

As a Workshop Technician in Shanghai, you will be responsible for assembling, disassembling, and testing vacuum pumps according to a weekly plan and ensuring production targets are met. This role requires a high school education in a mechanical/technical field, a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience, and the ability to work with hand and power tools.

Ansvarsområden

  • Assembling/disassembling and testing of vacuum pumps according to a weekly plan.
  • Assisting in and cooperating with team members on Corrective Action Reports.
  • Reviewing HS2 documentation on a daily basis.
  • Using correct PPE and obeying required BAM processes and procedures.
  • Meeting daily production targets with respect to quality, volume, and efficiency.
  • Inspecting parts, assemblies, and systems according to defined criteria.
  • Performing leak tests and assisting in troubleshooting leak test failures.
  • Maintaining working area in accordance with good housekeeping practices and 6S standards.
  • Completing all required paperwork accurately.
  • Raising issues and observations at SIM2 meetings.
  • Following the Kanban system.

Krav

  • High School education, preferably in a mechanical/technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or similar.
  • Ability to work with hand and power tools.
  • Good PC literacy; experience with SAP an advantage.
  • Ability to read drawings, schematics, and published specifications.
  • Some knowledge of English is a huge advantage.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, time flexibility, detailed oriented person with faithfulness.
