Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and motivate a team of highly trained technicians.
  • Monitor technician productivity to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Ensure the team has appropriate skills, tools, and resources.
  • Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Manage a team of qualified Technicians at the Laverton branch.

Krav

  • Hold a Certificate III HV Heavy Vehicle Diesel Technology.
  • Proven experience working as a HV Technician.
  • Team-focused attitude and pride in your work.
  • Thrive on ensuring customer satisfaction through work and team support.
  • Lead by example - enjoy mentoring, coaching and training.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with the only V8 engine in Australia.
  • Ability to represent Australia in Sweden.
  • Experience with iPads and state-of-the-art systems.
  • Interest in electrification, autonomous vehicles & sustainable transport.
