- Maintain quality control, equipment readiness, and effective inventory management.
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and customer teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
- Lead and develop your team, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.
Krav
- A trade qualification and experience in workshop or production supervision, ideally within mining, heavy equipment, or manufacturing.
- Excellent leadership and time management skills.
- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office (especially Project and Excel).
- The ability to balance priorities in a fast-moving environment and deliver high-quality results.
- The right to live and work in Australia.
