We are seeking a Workday Superusers' Lead to optimize and coordinate the Superusers' Team, focusing on HR processes and Workday system support. This role involves ensuring global consistency, delivering data analytics, monitoring data quality, and developing Workday-related training.

Ansvarsområden

  • Optimize and coordinate the Superusers’ Team, evaluating scope and transferring HR process tasks from HR IT to Superusers.
  • Upskill HR SSC representatives.
  • Ensure global consistency in Workday support and ticket handling.
  • Deliver data analytics and statistics, including case-based data analysis from ServiceNow, providing input for process improvements.
  • Monitor Workday data quality and collaborate with local HR to ensure correctness.
  • Educate local HR on data quality control in Workday.
  • Create, deliver, and coordinate Workday-related training for new HR colleagues and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Be involved in hands-on case/ticket resolution.
  • Test new Workday functionalities and provide input for tool development.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and IT for Workday development.
  • Suggest and improve Workday functionalities with surrounding tool development.
  • Maintain the Superusers’ intranet page.

Krav

  • Strong knowledge of Workday System is a must.
  • Previous people leadership experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience required.
  • HR process knowledge and experience from working in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and willing to learn, develop and take own responsibility.
  • Spoken and written fluency in English.
