Electrolux is looking for a Workday Expert specializing in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking to join their People Technologies team in Bangalore. Ansvarsområden
- Design, configure, and enhance Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and US/Canada Payroll modules.
- Collaborate with People (HR) Process teams, HR Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product Owners for Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and other Workday modules.
- Collect requirements, design solutions, build prototypes, conduct technical tests, and deploy to production.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Workday configurations.
- Participate in Scrum development sprints.
- Collaborate with integration engineers on payroll interfaces.
- Coordinate with AMS partner for incident and bug resolution.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
Krav
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday, specifically Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
- Experience with multi-country or global Workday deployments.
- Ability to organize, track, and manage multiple moving parts with medium supervision.
- Strong understanding of payroll, time tracking, and absence processes.
- Good understanding of Workday HCM Core and Reporting.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Problem-solving attitude, proactive approach, and demonstrated initiative.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at managing requirements and prioritizing projects.
- Familiarity with testing cycles and activities related to People system enhancements, changes, and upgrades.
- Experience working in Agile environments and ability to work effectively within a virtual team.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience working in a large, dynamic, global organization is preferred.
- Ability to present technical information and processes to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Workday US/Canada (good to have)
- Experience leading multiple projects and driving self and others to deliver needed results within required deadlines.
- Experience with Workday Benefits configuration will be a plus
- Knowledge of Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).
