Electrolux is seeking a skilled Workday Expert specializing in Absence and Time Tracking to join their People Technologies team in Bangalore. This role involves designing, configuring, and enhancing Workday systems in collaboration with HR stakeholders, focusing on delivering optimal system functionality and user experience. The position requires a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and organizational skills, experience in global Workday deployments, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design, configure, and enhance Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management processes.
  • Collaborate with People (HR) Process teams, HR Operations, and Product Owners on global and regional levels.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Product Owner, People Services & Solutions, providing support and consultation.
  • Collect requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and build prototypes.
  • Conduct technical tests and deploy solutions to production.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of Workday configurations.
  • Participate in Scrum development sprints.
  • Coordinate with AMS partners for incident and bug resolution.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.

Krav

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday, Time Tracking and Absence Management.
  • Experience with multi-country or global Workday deployments.
  • Ability to organize, track, and manage multiple tasks with medium supervision.
  • Strong understanding of time tracking and absence processes.
  • Good understanding of Workday HCM Core and Reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Problem-solving attitude, proactive approach, and demonstrated initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills, adept at managing requirements and prioritizing projects.
  • Familiarity with testing cycles and activities related to People system enhancements, changes, and upgrades.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and ability to work effectively within a virtual team.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working in a large, dynamic, global organization is preferred.
  • Ability to present technical information and processes to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Workday US/Canada (good to have).
  • Experience leading multiple projects and driving self and others to deliver needed results within required deadlines.
  • Experience with Workday Benefits configuration will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).
