Ansvarsområden
- Partner with site operations teams in Fulfillment Centers/QC Superstores to execute company safety policies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local and regional regulations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce conditional and ergonomic risk using lean principles and kaizens.
- Ensure a safe and healthful working environment for Associates.
- Build trust and confidence with the Operations Team.
- Influence change through comprehensive risk assessments and safety data analysis.
- Communicate clear, concise, and consistent messages verbally and in writing.
- Instruct and train Operations Leaders in company safety policies.
- Assist operations site teams in incorporating safety standards.
- Identify best practices and incorporate them into company safety policies.
- Possess and demonstrate expertise in safety programs, environmental, and ergonomic knowledge.
- Work a 5-day week, with scheduled days off varying based on shift patterns and business needs in a 7-day operation.
Krav
- Experience in an environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS or environmental programs or in work health and safety.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Master's degree in Health and Safety or a related field.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
