SEB is offering a 10-week full-time Wealth & Asset Management Internship in Gothenburg, Sweden, starting end of March 2027. The role focuses on market intelligence and growth opportunities within West Sweden and the bank's international client base. Ansvarsområden

Identify and analyze future growth opportunities across West Sweden and SEB's international client base.
Conduct strategic mapping of key wealth segments in West Sweden.
Support SEB's International Desk by exploring cross-border wealth management opportunities.
Gather, structure and analyze market, company and client-related information.
Map important wealth segments, companies, networks and industry clusters in West Sweden.
Identify potential prospects and business opportunities.
Develop a West Sweden Growth Opportunity Map with recommendations.
Contribute to an International Opportunity Pipeline.
Prepare clear presentations, analyses and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with colleagues across Private Wealth Management and other relevant parts of SEB.

Krav

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or an equivalent field.
Completed at least two years of university studies.
Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
Ability to gather, structure and evaluate information from multiple sources.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent oral and written skills in both Swedish and English.
A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive project work forward.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Enjoy exploring complex questions, identifying patterns and transforming large amounts of information into clear and relevant business insights.
Structured and comfortable taking ownership of an assignment from initial research to final recommendations.

An interest in understanding how companies, entrepreneurs, business families and investment networks create and manage wealth.
An interest in West Sweden's business community, international business, cross-border wealth management or business development is considered an advantage.
Previous experience of market research, data analysis, business intelligence or project work is considered an advantage.
An interest in entrepreneurship, company ownership, financial markets or international business is considered an advantage.
