Ansvarsområden
- Coordinate stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.
- Plan and complete daily, weekly, periodic, and annual stocktakes.
- Conduct investigations on stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and location errors, ensuring root cause identification and correction.
- Maintain accurate records for stocktakes, audits, quality checks, non-conformances, and investigations.
- Support preparation for internal and external audits by providing evidence and insight.
- Monitor inventory performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve stock control, warehouse accuracy, audit compliance, and quality performance.
Krav
- Experience working within a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or inventory control environment.
- Experience conducting continuous improvement activities, applying Lean, Kaizen, and VPS methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of stock control, inventory accuracy, and warehouse processes.
- Organised individual with strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Proven experience working with stocktakes, cycle counts, and stock investigations.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Reach Truck licence would be advantageous.
- HLOP licence would be advantageous.
