ABB is seeking a full-time Warehouse Operator to ensure smooth warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatching, and inventory management. Responsibilities include quality checks, adherence to safety and 6S standards, and operating warehouse equipment. Requires a high school diploma, at least one year of logistics/warehouse experience, and adaptability to shifts and overtime.

Ansvarsområden

  • Implement company warehouse operations arrangements, ensuring smooth receiving and dispatch processes.
  • Execute company warehouse management requirements, verifying cargo quantity and quality against delivery standards.
  • Complete cargo inbound/outbound, sorting, and inventory tasks on time according to production plans and inventory standards.
  • Perform inbound inspection, in-stock periodic checks, and outbound re-checks according to company cargo inspection standards.
  • Conduct daily checks of warehouse operational equipment and handling tools (e.g., forklifts, hoists).
  • Adhere strictly to safety requirements to prevent work injuries.
  • Participate in safety training and report identified safety hazards.
  • Execute 6S management requirements to ensure a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Complete daily warehouse management tasks and other duties assigned by superiors.

Krav

  • High school, vocational school, or above education.
  • One year or more of relevant logistics and warehousing experience.
  • Flexible thinking and strong practical skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Meticulous and diligent work attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to overtime, shift work, and three-shift arrangements.
  • Good teamwork ability.
  • Pass entry and on-the-job training assessment requirements.
  • Ability to independently complete all assembly operations for the assigned workstation without assistance.
  • Proficient use of tools and equipment required for the position.
  • Attendance rate of over 95% (excluding statutory holidays and paid annual leave).
  • No serious disciplinary violations (e.g., absenteeism, fighting, disrespect to management, working under the influence of alcohol).
  • Willingness to follow work arrangements and actively cooperate with production scheduling, overtime, and temporary tasks.
  • Forklift license is preferred.

  • Efficiency reaches over 95% of standard working hours (calculated in the last month of probation).
  • Complete production tasks assigned by superiors on time, with no delays due to personal reasons.
  • Achieve over 95% attendance rate (excluding statutory holidays and paid annual leave).
  • No major quality incidents due to personal operational errors (e.g., wrong material dispatch, customer complaints).
