HID Global is seeking a Warehouse Operator II in Shannon, Ireland. This role involves managing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing, shipping, and organizing warehouse inventory. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least two years of manufacturing experience, and strong attention to detail.

Ansvarsområden

  • Comply with SOPs and work instructions related to job function.
  • Meet performance standards to ensure output positively contributes to area specific KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
  • Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Works collaboratively with peers and internal customers.
  • Contributes to the culture of continuous improvement by looking for and communicating opportunities to improve performance.
  • Proactively logs and escalates potential issues to minimize safety, quality, delivery issues and / or operational inefficiencies.
  • Participate in root cause, corrective / preventive action activities as required.
  • Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
  • Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks and make sure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.
  • Assist in reviewing pick sheets based on customer orders and then pulling the right products for each order.
  • Move freight and stock to and from loading docks, delivery vehicles, storage areas, and production areas either manually or using equipment such as forklifts.

Krav

  • Must have a minimum of two years’ manufacturing experience.
  • Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Must possess the ability to work at a fast pace with very high attention to detail.
  • Must have flexibility to work overtime as required (including weekends) and periodically work a different shift.
  • Requires the ability to learn, use and maintain specialized equipment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
