As a Warehouse Operator in Jhunan, Taiwan, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and supporting production lines. This full-time, on-site role requires 1-2 years of warehouse experience and a college degree, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Ansvarsområden
- Manage inbound, outbound, and kitting operations within the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies.
- Implement warehouse procedures and optimize activities.
- Apply space allocation plans and storage strategies.
- Maintain inbound and outbound working documents.
- Conduct warehouse metrics and supply chain OGSM.
- Communicate and cooperate with other warehouse teams.
- Control and manage inventory materials, ensuring safe storage and traceability.
- Align physical material quantity with SAP through cycle counts.
- Perform daily, weekly, and quarterly cycle counts.
- Maintain equipment and tools.
- Handle waste disposal, including forklift operation for pallets and packing materials.
- Count and warehouse incoming materials.
- Collect and supply materials to the production line according to the production plan.
- Pack finished goods for shipment.
- Undertake tasks and projects assigned by management.
Krav
- 1-2 years of extensive experience in warehouse operation, including distribution and storage centers.
- Logistics/transportation experience is an advantage.
- College degree or above.
- Excellent command of Mandarin verbally and in writing.
- Basic English ability.
